The Data Integration Specialist works with project managers, internal development teams, and customers to deploy the integration component between BOLD VAN EDI and the customer’s existing systems. This role trains users on integration functionality and ensures customized integration that meets the customer’s business needs. This role is the designated subject matter expert on BOLD VAN’s EDI system and is the go-to resource for issues pertaining to the platform, beyond general team knowledge.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Resource for Integration migration or deployment management.
  • Based on customer’s specifications, create data mapping that meets business and operational needs.
  • Manages integration timelines and keeps projects on track.
  • Trains customer in deployment on how to use the product specifically as it pertains to their instance and unique needs.
  • Logs customer problems and provides resolutions promptly.
  • Manages customer needs that require other BOLD VAN technical resources while deployment and migration are in progress.

The Data Integration Specialist gives status reports regularly on current projects and manages customer expectations of the functions of integration components. This role is the subject matter expert for their market segment.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in software integration and implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience training customers on product features and functionality.
  • Experience interpreting technical requirements.
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills needed to manage appointments and customer needs.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with implementing/operating VAN systems.
  • Experience with scripting languages
  • Experience with EDI and an understanding of data storage processing
  • Preferred:

The Technical Support Specialist provides support to BOLD VAN’s clients ensuring that support conducted over the phone and via email is accurate and timely.  This position is responsible for analyzing problems, documenting, resolving and escalating cases involving BOLD VAN products and services.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering all incoming support calls and requests and maintaining a closure rate that’s in-line with departmental goals.
  • Completing the troubleshooting process by using the company knowledge base as a key tool. Contributing to the knowledge base as necessary.
  • Achieve a high level of client satisfaction by utilizing effective customer service skills.

Required:

  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in client services, helpdesk, computer support or service, or call center experience.
  • A technical background in EDI is preferred or an understanding of the transaction process.
  • Great customer service and support skills.
  • Fast learner, detailed analyzer and possesses the ability to resolve any issue regardless of complexity.

The Project Manager is responsible for on-time and on-budget delivery of BOLD VAN software implementations while improving implementation methodologies. This candidate will also have general management skills and may have the opportunity to step into a role managing a team of project managers.

Required:

  • Detailed understanding of logistics, warehousing operations, and software solutions.
  • 4-6 years of experience managing business software projects.
  • Certified Project Manager (preferably PMP designation).
  • Experience managing a team of people and ability to motivate that team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work comfortably with very demanding clients and comfort in resolving issues related to the project.
  • Budgeting experience and knowledge of services revenue and cost forecasting.
  • Expert level experience developing and implementing business improvement projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills as well as listening skills.
